meh. nothing special

The room was clean enough I guess. It had a king bed so i could stretch out.
the shower had seriously weak water pressure. It barely trickled out. I expect more from a place that charges so much for a room

Awesome experience

working treadmill stationary bike separate sink easy access
The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, all in working order. I used the valet parking, it was efficient. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i loved it. I found easy access to several restaurants, so convenient.
Facilities
9/10
The indoor pool had twenty loungers and a shaded section. It was easy to relax there. A business center provided computers and printers for guest use, which i thought was very helpful. A gift shop sold souvenirs and sundries, such great items.
Rooms
10/10
The premier king room featured a king-sized bed, a seating area, and a work desk. A mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water were also available, great. The room included a tv with cable channels.
Dining
8/10
The on-site restaurant offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner service with a children's menu. A bar area served cocktails, beer, and wine and had appetizers. Room service was available during limited hours. i found this very useful.

ideal location friendly staff convenient check unfriendly concierge double charge card issue
The location is ideal. It really made getting around easy. i also liked the clean room and the friendly valet attendant. the quick check in was especially convenient. the harbor view was amazing as well. the staff showed great hospitality.
The concierge female was not very friendly. I felt uncomfortable when discussing charges on my bill. she did not apologize for the error. i didn't like how i was charged twice for the room. i was told that my card was declined, so they needed another card for payment. this left me highly disappointed.
